Brunswick Buck n Bowl Nights

Bowling is such a fun activity to spend time with family & friends.  Unfortunately, we don't go too often because it is awfully expensive.  Luckily, Brunswick Bowling & Billiards has Buck 'n Bowl twice a week.  This is a great deal if you're able to stay up late because it is from 9pm until close.

Every Monday night & Thursday night (at participating locations) you can get bowling, soda & hot dogs for only $1.00 each.  That's quite a bit of savings depending on how many games you bowl.  Remember, you still have to rent shoes (unless you're one of the lucky people who have their own) & don't forget to bring socks.

Festival of Horses coming to Queen Creek in November

Build A Bear Workshop is, it is a store where you are able to select your own stuffed animal “skin” and stuff it with Polyfil.  A pretty cool idea in itself, but there is more.  The stores are packed with tons of cute costumes & accessories for the animals you make so they can be individualized & the options are aplenty.  Even though it's called Build-A-Bear they have other kinds of animals you can "stuff".  You also have the option of putting a little sound button inside the animal that will play when it gets squeezed.  One of the buttons allows you to record your own saying which is such a cool idea!

The last day of operation for Big Surf is Labor Day

The water park season is coming to a close so if you plan on taking advantage of the warm weather this Labor Day weekend you can get in for only $18 as an end of the year special.  Tell them you talked to Tom if they don't give you this price because adult admission is normally $26.

If you haven't been to Jump & Shout before and have kids 8 or younger you should give it a try.  We had my youngest child's birthday party there for about $10 per child & everyone had fun.  They also have the option of letting you add a cake to the package so you don't have to worry about ordering it from a bakery or making one then having to transport it to the party.  

For those of you with toddlers you'll be happy to know that there is a special play area just for them so there's less worry about them being trampled by older kids.  They also have chairs set up in the play area for parents to sit.  Lastly, they have a cafe where food & drink is available for purchase.
